Make your own tasty, silky, smooth and stable buttercream!
For this American Buttercream recipe, I have tried about 4 different recipes, took from each one to make my own, this works for me, so can also work for you! This will work good in the hot months too!
Note: The recipe is for 3 batches as I use a 9.5qt mixer. You can just divide the ingredients to cut it down. It’s recommended to make larger batches to avoid air in the buttercream.
