Cakes by Choice is operated by Erica Choice a former corporate worker turned cake artist.

It start with her being into art as a child and then in 2007 she had the opportunity to work as a cake decorator. She did that for 3 years and loved it. She then tried a different route and went into the corporate world. Erica made a cake for a co-worker in 2016 and then shortly after Cakes by Choice was born.

Having that desire of art & crafts went hand in hand with baking and creating.  Erica couldn't be more thankful for all the love & support she has received thus far.

 

She will continue to be the best and strive to excel in up coming new techniques, designs and styles so she's able to give you the very best!
